Choosing hardware for your composite door comes down to personal factors such as budget and style.
At Comp Door, we have three different collections of hardware including the Standard Range, Traditional Range and the Stainless Steel Range. To view our full range of customisation options, download our brochure here.
Yes. You can personalise the hinges of your composite door to match the colour of your hardware. Design your unique door online using our design tool today.
Every bespoke element of our composite doors can be customised and visualised using our online door design tool. This allows for the opportunity to ensure that the complete design works together to create the desired effect and even view the door in situ on the home.
Yes, if you like the look of a finger pull to one side but do not want it to the other side. This is possible and will be paired up with the cylinder surround escutcheon.
Yes, Comp Door also offer a thumb turn cylinder option, which means no keys are needed from the inside to lock and unlock the door.
With all the pull knobs we provide from both ERA and Coastal Hardware, these are always sent loose with the door. To enable customers to choose where they want it positioned.
Yes! Our composite door can be ordered with a different sizes of bar handle for the inside and outside of the door. For example, a door could be ordered with a 1800mm round bar outside and a 900mm round bar handle inside if required.
This depends on the furniture chosen on the door. If the door is paired up with a lever/lever handle, the latches will automatically engage within the frame. However, the handle can be pushed down to open the door from the outside/inside if the key has not been turned.
If the door is paired up with a pull bar handle or knob, when the door is shut and the latches auto fire, you will always need a key to open the door from the outside and inside.
