Introducing SleekSkin
SleekSkin offers a silkier, smoother finish for your composite door that recreates the refined look of hand-painted timber. While traditional composite doors feature a deep, textured wood grain, SleekSkin’s smooth foiled coating creates a clean, even surface with a soft sheen.
Crafted using newly developed tooling technology, SleekSkin delivers a smooth composite door that isn’t available anywhere else on the market.
Smooth composite doors are perfect for contemporary and minimalist homes, and look great on classic properties too. SleekSkin’s distinctive coating allows light to sit more evenly across the door, accentuating its crisp architectural lines and amplifying your choice of colour. With 17 shades to choose from, you can make your entrance a bold statement or a simple, streamlined focal point of your home.
SleekSkin makes your composite door instantly recognisable. Most composite doors use a standard wood-effect mould, whereas SleekSkin immediately signals to onlookers that your door is special. The smooth surface helps colours appear sharper and more vibrant, giving your front door a distinctive presence from the street.
By choosing a SleekSkin finish for the inside of your front door, you can match the silky texture of your painted skirting boards, internal doors and architraves, bringing your interior and exterior together into one flowing, continuous space. This helps your entrance feel intentionally designed rather than separate from the rest of your home.
Combining SleekSkin with Comp Door’s Ultimate Cassette on selected styles also reduces the visible frame around your door’s glass panels, providing a truly flawless look that complements your interior design.
SleekSkin doors are just as durable and long lasting as the standard Comp Door range. Each unit features a 48mm solid timber core, a 3-star diamond-grade lock and a 10-year guarantee. The advanced foiled coating is engineered to maintain its smooth appearance over time, resisting everyday wear while retaining its colour and finish. Your smooth composite door will look sharp for years to come, even with regular use.
